Lance Allen Wilkinson (sometimes spelled in error- Wilkerson) of Recoveries by LAW. passed away on July 6th 2007 just before 8pm EST after a fight with pneumonia.
While he was oftentimes a polarizing and abrasive figure in the fugitive recovery business, he was nonetheless an intelligent and tireless mentor and educator to many in bail enforcement.
I appreciated the conversations and communication he and I have had over the decade I have known him; his no-nonsense and zero bullshit approach was both an exacerbating and refreshing ironic contradiction.
The bail bond industry will be less colorful without him.
.

Lance Wilkinson was my uncle. Although I did not get the opportunity to know him very well I did hear alot of great things about him. I was very saddened to hear of his passing and I know there will be no one who can take his place.

I met Lance thirteen years ago while i was pursuing justice against I.D.G./C.C.I. publishing.
Lance had told me that I knew of what the company had done thus far and advised as to how far they were willing to go, I knew such and replied I had to continue. Lance told me that I was a good soul, and that there were few left.
In the first part of 1997
Lance phoned me saying that he was going away for awhile and further warned of the company, addding that he wanted me to stay in Bedford NH that I may not be abnle to protect myself anymore, I assured him I would be okay and to stay in touch.
His phone dsc and I learned later by way of Zita (a JP and PI in Bedford) as to why. Two years ago on February 6, 2007 I briefly met a woman at the Nashua (Walnut st. ) court, a bounty hunter who knew of Lance I told her if she saw him to say hi and have him contact me for I had tried to obtain his number over the internet to no avail.
The CIA had invaded my life the beginning of 2007 involving PODS (portable on demand storage) the IDG case and money to which they and the Bedford FBI directors kept where apparently they were ordered to turn over a great deal for it was my case and risk of life, moreover I saved two agents out on Turkey Hill Rd. in Merrimack NH in March of 1997. The PODS they srtole from me, and my biological father had something to do with it as well for he was a "special agent" for covert in the seventies, and I was "stealth" trained the only female in the northern part of MAss to be in fact in the fall of 2006 they aired "New World Order" "last of the l;ost recruits' I was the little girl in the bottom right in a karate outfit. The CIA (Dunbarton / Lawrence Fogg and others invaded my life in the first part of 2007 under the false pretense of trying to recruit for I became disable in 2000 due to being rear ended in that year on 1993, however they did so trying to obtain a suicide; see I had applied for social security the year prior and was told then a "second file" "connected to (my) first""with a lock" the rep Biaz "can't take off" GREED.
I just attempted again to find Lance, and would have continued in 2007 for prior to that day in Nashua amnd following I had tried to find him over the internet and through 411. Lance and I had befriended each other and he (along with my beloved Jake Beagle Bassett hound who passed away in 2007 as well, and GOD) helped keep me alive back then.
I am now in Jupiter Florida and a police officer in January of this year (the first weekend of) made known on surveillance in the Jupiter hospital ER foyer that he knew I'm a Kennedy (my uncle Ted holds onto what he has of my mother's inheritance and is satisfied if CIA covert sht is stuck to my shoe) the officer went ont o say "in fact the CIA is trying to" (what sounded like kill her)"she'a the one who thought (up or of) PODS.
Lance I found out two years ago was put away because he was a witness in regards to my case and would have done anything to ensure I was safe and honored, now I find out he passed away.
Two years ago my neighbor in the adjacent apartment (I was living 17 Grand Ave Hudson NH)of 17 1/2 dissapeared and the CIA covert took over that apartment for a so called flooding. An officer Cannatta who was CIA and part of the invasion was arrested later that same year for various unrelated felonies and chief Gendron has retired two years early of his contract without a reason given. The reason wasn't given for he was part of the covert conspiracy PODS for puds.
The neighbor who dissapeared never turned up, although covert had a look alike for him in the Hannaford, and while the look alike would have obvious differences if compared to the real David Smyth on surveillance in the town of Hudson including the Hannaford CVS the glasses were a real give away for the real Smyth wore coke bottle thick glasses However the look alike had on Smyth's fleece, and covert had my neighbor from across the street Randy Mitchell over as well my landlords daughter nad sone in law, for covert hid Smyth's furmiture ad belonings (aside from a couple of trash bags) in the back yard including his beloved kitchen table. The Hudson police just said "mayby he moved" and Cannatta told the daughter and son in law the lie that Smyth had gone down south and that he and his "wife" were staying in the apartment for he was friends with Smyth.
I havn't got covert out of my life, two days ago I flew back down here from the Manchester NH airport and had everything ransacked and by body searched anf a million questions, they then brought me over to the plane whinch had just left.
I need help and thought of Lance again GOD BLESS LANCE and I sit here wanting to cry, and can't help but wonder for he didn't have any lung problems when I knew him. I only hope it wasn't coverts doing and it sucks regardless; we never had our spegetti dinner together at his sister's restaurant. I miss Lance, GOD BLESS , Tonya Ann Kleine

I worked in the bounty hunter business from 1989 to 1999, and knew Lance for several years. Against the stereotype, Lance was an intelligent, learned, wise and well-spoken man that was a real pleasure. I knew him to be very generous of his time and resources and always willing to lend a hand. He was also kind enough to put one of my crews on the cover of one of his books. He will surely be missed...
